General Information for All Programs |

Cancellation Policy |
Cancellation policy in writing to teams@palisadestahoe.com: · Through October 7: 100% refund · Through December 31: 75% refund. · January 1 - January 31: 50% refund. · February 1 and after: No refund of Team Palisades Tahoe fees. |

Season Pass |
Athletes must have an IKON Pass or equivalent for Palisades Tahoe for all training days. Midweek-only athletes may be invited to Team events on weekends throughout the season and do require a day pass or valid season pass for those days. |

Pick Up / |
Athletes must be on time and ready to ski. Late drop-offs are not accommodated. It is the responsibility of guardians/family members to download the team management app and check for scheduled events and real-time team communication. Family members or designated adults are required to remain on-site during team hours and are expected to arrive within 15-20 minutes in case of an emergency or early pickup request. |

Weather Days |
The goal is to ski every calendared Team day. Teams may be delayed or canceled on occasion due to weather & operations. Team schedule adjustments will be communicated through Team communication platforms as information is readily available. |

Team Uniform |
All athletes are required to wear the appropriate Team Palisades Tahoe uniform on training and – if applicable - competition/race days. |

Registration |
New athletes must submit an application. Invitations to enroll will be sent by email to eligible applicants until programs reach their set capacity for the season. |
|
Placement |
Athletes may be removed or required to change programs at the discretion of the Team Manager and/or Head Coach, based upon skill, behavior, maturity or other reasons to ensure a successful progression and positive experience for the athlete and the Team. |

Families/ |
· Required to attend family orientation. · Required to remain on-site during team hours and are expected to arrive within 15-20 minutes in case of an emergency or early pickup request. · You must dress your athlete warmer than you dress yourself. · Must actively communicate the needs of athlete including injuries. · Must RSVP to all training days and event days in the Team management app. · Must be successfully registered in Team management app. · Ensure athlete is properly hydrated with a full belly from a healthy breakfast. · Ensure athlete arrives with a smile and ready to ski in all types of weather. |

Athlete Policies |
· Athletes must review and uphold all Team Agreements and consistently demonstrate behavior aligned with the Team Code of Conduct. · Failure to comply with any safety policy, agreement, or code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including possible suspension from Team Palisades Tahoe. |
New Athlete Registration
All athletes who were not part of Team Palisades Tahoe during the 2025-26 season need to complete this form. This includes athletes transferring over from Palisades or Alpine Mountain Sport School, Mountain Camp, Summiteer, or Alpine Unlimited programs, as well as athletes from teams at other mountains.
