Location for all Spring Camps
Palisades (Olympic Valley)

Tentative Schedule for all Spring Camps
08:00 – Athletes meet on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Funitel Tree – please arrive early for check in; 12:00 – Camp concludes. Schedule may change due to winter/spring operations changes, weather, or other.

Eligibility – General Guidelines
The Camp Manager/Camp Head Coach reserves the right to remove any athlete without a refund for any reason including "camp fit", behavior, maturity, tardiness, failure to meet expectations for skill, etc.

Guest Athletes
Athletes from other comparable programs are welcome – please contact the Teams office for details on enrollment and eligibility. Guest Athletes must be part of a household account and be an active athlete in the spring camp roster in Otto Sport (formerly Demosphere).

Agreements
All signed Team Agreements and “Consent to Treat a Minor” Agreements will carry forward into spring camps.

Pass/Tickets
Day Tickets or Day Passes are not included in the spring camp registration fees. Athletes are required to have a valid season pass or day ticket for Palisades Tahoe.

Break/Snack
We take quick snack/water breaks. Lunch is not provided unless formally outlined in the respective camp description below or communicated by Camp Coaches! Parents are expected to provide the athlete with a healthy snack.

Communication
All communication is done via Otto Sport (formerly Demosphere). Please contact the Teams office if you do not have Otto Sport.

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Teams Office (teams@palisadestahoe.com) at least 48 hours before camp start.

Parents - Per the Palisades Tahoe Team Agreement:

ATHLETES AGES 9 AND UNDER

  • Guardian Presence Requirement: A guardian (or their designated representative) of each Athlete under the age of nine (9) must remain physically present within the boundaries of the Palisades Tahoe resort for the full duration of the Athlete’s participation in any TPT program.

  • Location-Specific Presence: For Athletes participating in programs located at Palisades (Olympic Valley), a guardian (or their designated representative) must remain on-site at Palisades (Olympic Valley).

  • Emergency Contact Availability: A guardian (or their designated representative) must be reachable by mobile phone at all times while the Athlete is engaged in any TPT program. In the event of an emergency or urgent communication, the guardian (or their designated representative) is required to respond to any voice or text message within ten (10) minutes of receipt.

  • Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in the Athlete’s removal from the program for the day and/or further disciplinary action, at the sole discretion of TPT program administrators.

ATHLETES UNDER THE AGE OF 18

  • All parents or legal guardians (or their designated representatives) of minor Athletes (under the age of eighteen (18)) enrolled in a TPT program are required to remain immediately contactable at all times during program activities. In the event of an emergency, they must be available to meet their Athlete within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed ten (10) minutes from the initial attempt at contact.

Freeride Sport Spring Camp (incl. Freeride Comp Assessments)

Summary

2-day progression camp. Palisades Tahoe is the spring skiing capital of the world, so let's take advantage of it and spend two days focused on honing your Freeride skiing! This camp will focus on Freeride Ski Technique and Airs. The agenda and training itinerary will include skiing in steeps, aerial maneuvers off natural features and in the parks, terrain assessment & decision making, overall off-piste ripping, and park training. This is a chance for athletes to work & ski with our top freeride coaches in a constructive and fun environment with low coach/athlete ratios. This camp is also for Freeride/Freeride Athletes of the 2024-25 season who would like to try out for the Freeride Competition Team. Please notify the team office if your athlete is intending to be assessed for Freeride Comp eligibility.

Price

  • $270 for current TPT athletes, $300.00 for guest athletes
  • No drop-ins or partial dates permitted. 
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing 48+ hours before camp start.

Skill Prerequisites

  • Participants must be currently enrolled in TPT Freeride or TPT Development Teams; Athletes from other comparable programs can attend - please contact the Teams office for details.
  • Advanced to expert ability
  • Must be fully parallel
  • Must be able to ski all terrain/off-piste with confidence

Maturity Requirements

  • Must be able to load/unload and ride the chair unaccompanied (may ride chair without an adult)
  • Must participate independently without direct adult supervision for short periods
  • Able to conduct oneself appropriately when unaccompanied
  • Must be able to participate in a full day of training without parent interaction

Equipment

  • Skis: all mountain or park skis – no race skis
  • Protection: Helmet (hard-eared or soft-eared) - back protector and mouth guards are recommended

Snowboard Sport and Mighty Riders Spring Camp

Summary

This camp will focus on Technique and Air Awareness. The agenda and training itinerary will include riding in steeps, aerial maneuvers off natural features and in the park, terrain assessment & decision making, overall off-piste ripping, and park training. This is a chance for athletes to hone their skills and to work & ride with our top coaches in a constructive and fun environment.

  • $270 for current TPT athletes, $300.00 for guest athletes
  • No drop-ins or partial dates permitted. 
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing 48+ hours before camp start.

· Participants must be currently enrolled in TPT Snowboard Team or equivalent programs at other mountains

· Advanced to expert ability

· Must be Park Smart Knowledgeable

· Must be able to ride all terrain with confidence

Maturity Requirements

  • Must be able to load/unload and ride the chair unaccompanied (may ride chair without an adult)
  • Must participate independently without direct adult supervision for short periods
  • Able to conduct oneself appropriately when unaccompanied
  • Must be able to participate in a full day of training without parent interaction

  • Boards: All Mountain or Park board
  • Protection: Helmet (hard-eared or soft-eared) - back protector and mouth guards are recommended

Cross and Park Spring Camp

Dates: April 18-19, 2026

Summary

2-day progression. Palisades Tahoe is the spring skiing/ snowboard capital of the world. This spring camp will focus on NorAm Skier/Border Cross training progressions including terrain, technique and tactics. This is a chance for athletes to hone in their skills and to work with our top coaches in a constructive and fun environment with low coach/athlete ratios.

  • $270 for current TPT athletes, $300.00 for guest athletes
  • No drop-ins or partial dates permitted. 
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing 48+ hours before camp start.

· Participants must be currently enrolled in TPT Skier/Boarder Cross team or equivalent programs at other mountains

· Intermediate to expert ability

· Must be able to ski all terrain with confidence

Maturity Requirements

  • Must be able to load/unload and ride the chair unaccompanied (may ride chair without an adult)
  • Must participate independently without direct adult supervision for short periods
  • Able to conduct oneself appropriately when unaccompanied
  • Must be able to participate in a full day of training without parent interaction

Equipment

  • Skis/Boards: GS Skis or Boarder Cross board
  • Protection: Helmet (hard-eared or soft-eared) and back protector are required; mouth guards are recommended
